The trend towards globalisation has reduced these the distances and differences by creating, reinforcing and even highlighting the commonalities that unite the most diverse contexts. The change of scenario caused by Covid-19 is part of this trend, as it has had strong and contrasting impacts, such as greater difficulties in travelling and the widespread adoption of virtual and remote working.
